Tallycoin does not hold any donations for our users, and therefore, we do not offer a wallet of our own.
To connect one or more of your existing bitcoin wallets to Tallycoin, click on Settings > My Wallets
Tap on the type of wallet you already have and enter the details. This can be as simple as a bitcoin address.

Tap on your profile picture and upload a new image.
Visit the page you want to modify and enter edit mode by clicking the 'edit' button, or tap your name badge in the top navigation bar and click edit there.
You will see a list of wallet types. Unconfigured wallets have a dashed border. You can set up all wallet types, or just one. Up to you.
Editing of wallet information is disabled for security reasons. Instead, you can delete the wallet by selecting the dropdown on the top right hand side of the page.
Once deleted, you can set up a new wallet.
Changes to any wallet is applied across all your Tallycoin pages and profile automatically.
We're just being cautious by disabling the fields so that this attack can't happen to our users.
1. Only donations that were initiated via Tallycoin will be shown on fundraiser pages.
2. A visitor initiated a donation through Tallycoin but sent the wrong amount. Donation needs to be exact for Tallycoin to include it.
3. If the transaction was on-chain, only confirmed transactions will be shown.
4. If the transaction was on-chain but does not get confirmed within 7 days of initiation, Tallycoin will discard it.
This was a bad assumption on our part, because we found many people re-use the same address for general day-to-day activities and not exclusively for Tallycoin (despite our warnings against address re-use).
In the new version, we do not make this assumption. So only transactions that were initiated through Tallycoin will be counted towards your fundraiser page.
This change may cause older fundraisers to show a lower amount has been raised when calculating only verified transactions.
The error stating one or more of your text sections are too long suggests you should cut some text from that section and create a new section with the rest of the text.
We limit the length of text for each section to prevent problems when saving your page.
Some tipping/crowdfunding services custody user donations, even just for a short time before forwarding to the destination (and maybe taking a % fee).
So by not having a lightning node, we also ensure our users understand Tallycoin can never hold user funds or skim fees.

Tallycoin was born on 4th July 2018 from a conversation on Twitter.
Developer @djbooth007 initially pitched Tallycoin as a "relatively quick project", not knowing it would eventually grow to serve thousands of users and have mainstream news media discuss it.
Tallycoin has helped fund hundreds of small projects and dozens of significant efforts such as software development, documentary film making, book writing, fundraising for charity, bitcoin advertising campaigns and product development.
Tallycoin doesn't touch any donations and doesn't (can't) charge any fees. The platform is designed to ensure the money is decentralized.
Our mission is to help bitcoiners fund their projects for the benefit of the whole ecosystem.
Donating ensures we can continue to provide the service and pay for our hosting bills.
